Adam De Bono
With over 20 years of experience in the Melbourne commercial construction industry, Adam has delivered projects ranging from $200,000 residential builds through to $800 million retail developments, with extensive experience in the $10 million–$50 million commercial sector.
With a background in carpentry and early-stage technical construction detailing, Adam brings a strong hands-on understanding of building systems, finishes, and structural execution. This foundation allows him to ensure precision from concept through to completion, minimising risk and ensuring a seamless build outcome.
Having worked as a site manager for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 commercial builders, Adam founded Bespoke Projects Victoria in 2023 with a clear vision: to bring large-scale commercial construction expertise into boutique, design-led environments such as restaurants, wineries, hospitality venues, wedding spaces, and high-end commercial fit-outs.
Adam is a Registered Building Practitioner holding a Commercial Builder’s Licence (Medium Rise) and personally oversees each project from inception to completion. He works closely with a trusted network of architects, subcontractors, and specialist trades to ensure every detail is delivered to the highest standard.
His focus is on precision, craftsmanship, and design integrity, ensuring potential issues are resolved early and every project is executed with a high level of care and accountability.
